About This Project
During a 3-year relationship we delivered a variety of projects including:
- A suite of applications for streamlining and tightening billing processes, including tracking and monitoring use against unbilled tariffs; tracking and assigning mandates for customers; monitoring non-payments;
- A Call Centre ticker for relaying business-critical information to the workstations of 1,200 staff in 4 call centres, which we had to force to run over the top of all other applications in use on-screen;
- A Product Sales System for managing all stock in all Northen Electric's shops, and integrating with tills, point of sale, delivery and stock checking.
